A combined lecture and seminar course covering modern marine geological processes in a wide range of oceanic environments:, including mid-ocean ridges, mid-plate volcanoes and hot spots, coastlines, continental margins and abyssal plains. Modern methods of data collection and analysis, including the Ocean Drilling Program.
